Concussion Resources

Most sport carries some inherent risk of injury. Some sports have higher injury risks than others. As an Association, ROPSSAA has an obligation to provide information and resources to limit this risk. All ROPSSAA activities must abide by the minimum standards set out by OPHEA. Each school board may have higher standards that must be met by their schools.

Concussions are one of the many risks that student athletes face. Below is a list of resources that can be used to educate teacher/coaches, parents and athletes about the dangers of concussions and how to properly identify and treat them.
